At The Scots College, we know what is required for boys to flourish and excel in numerous areas. Through our Academic, extensive Co-Curricular Activities and Sport programs, Scots boys are positioned to achieve not only their academic potential but their all-round best. While following the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Kindergarten to Year 12 syllabuses, our curriculum is specifically tailored for boys.
Our approach is research and evidence based, utilising the latest technology to engage students in enriching experiences. The Scots teaching staff, tutor groups and Pastoral Care program collectively support boys to achieve their broader academic goals and continue to develop as individuals.

The Scots College Research Centre exists to support the College’s approach to fostering excellence in education through research, built upon our philosophy of developing young men with brave hearts and bold minds.
The Centre’s objectives are to:
- encourage and coordinate the research-led practice of staff and students in the College
- contribute to staff training
- locate, assess for suitability and implement the world’s best practice in boys education
- build the College’s reputation as a thought-leader and contributor to the information economy
- support institutional research, building on the College’s efficacy as a leading Christian educator of boys.
