Bookings

Permanent Bookings
Permanent bookings recur for the same sessions and the same day of the week, each week through a term. The BASC online booking form is available on Schoolbox under BASC. Alternatively, you can visit the BASC website to register. Click on the ‘register’ button under ‘my Family Lounge’ located to the right of the home page. Here you will be given new log in details once you have completed the forms required.

This program will give you access to manage your own account information, the ability to make booking requests and complete an online enrolment form for your son. Updating bookings, change of details and additional and/or casual bookings can also be made via ‘my Family Lounge’. Cancellations or change of permanent bookings require two weeks’ notice in advance.

Casual Bookings
Casual bookings are for various or single days that do not recur in a pattern. Bookings can be made well in advance or before 2:30pm on the day. To make a booking go to the BASC website directly BASC website or phone the BASC Coordinator on 0410 600 895 or email basc@tsc.nsw.edu.au.

Emergency Care
Emergency care can be provided when there is no arrangement of BASC booking for a boy or a booking is made after 2:30pm on the afternoon that care is needed.

If no bookings were received by the end of the school bell, the College will phone you or your emergency contact/s to receive instructions for your son’s care. Parents are urged to phone their campus office or BASC if there is an emergency, so that prompt care can be provided. When you give permission to attend BASC, the emergency care fee will apply.
