Support Groups

The Support groups and associations of the College were borne out of The Scots Parents' Association and The Scots College Women's Association which were both founded in 1929.

The Scots Parents' Association was created to assist and support the College's many Sporting and Co-Curricular activities within both the Senior and Preparatory Schools. As the peak parent body, the Association provides a forum for parents and guardians to coordinate their support and acts as a bridge between the College and the parent community at large. All parents and guardians are encouraged to join the Association and participate in The Scots College community activities.

The Scots College Women's Association was established as part of the Parents and Friends Association. It has always operated as the key fundraising committee within the Association and the broader Scots community. It provides a forum for support, friendship, communication and discussion with each other and the College. Open to all female caregivers of current students at the College, membership is automatic.
